SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. – A lawyer in Sandy Springs was arrested right after police say he raped a female who turned to him for authorized assistance.

Serge Jerome, 33, was arrested through a traffic stop on Monday.

Sandy Springs law enforcement general public information officer Sgt. Salvador Ortega stated the assault transpired at the woman’s household during a lawful session.
